We provide medical stand-by and first aid support for events of all types and sizes in the San Diego area, including sports events, parades, carnivals, marathons, health fairs, and much more!

Our EMTs are trained, passionate healthcare professionals who are inspired by what they do and our ambulances come equipped with the latest technology so we can ensure a world class patient experience. All of our EMTs and BLS ambulances comply with state health regulations.
